Our Willow Tree Nativity Sets make perfect WEDDING gifts for the new couple and their home.   We also carry Figurines for bridal couples plus guest books, cake toppers, picture frames and more.

We normally process and ship your order within 1-3 days and often within 24 hours. 

We are happy to accept your orders online or by phone.

Payment by Credit Card

Credit and debit card numbers are safely processed through a secure server via authorize.net.  Simply place the items you wish into your shopping cart and check out.  Note that we offer the feature of a saved log-in for those who wish it.  You may be assured of total privacy.  Your credit card info does not appear on our server. It is never stored.

Payment by Money Order or Personal Check

We also accept money orders and personal checks.  You may place a check order by going through our website and placing what you want in the shopping cart.  When you get to the payment page, simply select the Check/Money Order button instead of the credit card option.  A copy of the order will be emailed to you, together with the mailing address.  As soon as we receive your payment by mail, your order will be shipped.

Shipping Fees

The shipping fee for the continental USA 48 states is one FLAT RATE for any number of items - $8.99. We also ship to US Military Addresses for a flat shipping rate of $9.99.  We ship any size order for this same fee.

When ordering, please provide both your street address and if it is different, your postal address as well.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Territories, our base rate is $10.99. Note: For extra heavy orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Territories, we may be unable to ship for our flat rate and if so, we will notify you and ask if you wish to cover the actual cost..

For Canadian orders the basic fee is $12.99. For unusually large Canadian orders, we may e-mail you and ask you to add to your shipping costs so that the actual shipping charges are covered.

For International Orders the basic fee is $19.99. This is NOT a flat rate.  This rate covers an order weighing up to approximately 2 or 3 pounds to most countries. The order must also be small enough in size to go as a Small Airmail Parcel in a box that is not larger than 8 in x 8 in x 12 in.
PLEASE NOTE: Because International rates for various countries differ, if you place an order that is larger than this, we will e-mail you with approximate costs. Once we have your permission, we will charge the extra costs. Please realize that unfortunately we can not ship huge orders all over the world for $19.99.

Other Ordering and Return Information

Sales Tax: Internet sales are not taxed except in the state where we reside.  Orders within Pennsylvania will be subject to 6% state sales tax.

Returns: All returns must be pre-approved. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number is required for all exchanges or returns.
Before returning anything, you MUST contact us by email and include your order number. We will then issue you a RMA number. Please do NOT return something without contacting us first and without that number. All requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of a package. All approved returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving approval.
Our system is not set up to recognize, accept, or credit returned packages without a prior request by e-mail from you and an RMA number. We are not responsible for packages returned without contacting us first by email to gifts@theturtletrail.com. We will acknowledge all email requests promptly. After an order has been shipped, we cannot refund shipping and handling costs or return postage. Should we make an error in shipping, we will of course make good on our error at no cost to you.

Shipping Damage: We pack with extreme care and rarely have shipping damage. If you should receive something damaged, please report it to us immediately or within 7 days by email, including your order number. Please retain all packaging material in case the carrier might wish to inspect it.

Special Note: We rarely list items we do not have in stock. We keep a large inventory of most items. We work hard to fill all orders completely and promptly. Occasionally the demand may exceed the quantity available. If we are unable to fill your order, we will notify you, rather than just shipping a partial order.
Please note that our product quantities update automatically to keep our site current. While it is nearly always accurate, occasionally an error may occur. We reserve the right to correct that error, either in quantity or price, and would notify you.
